    When you buy an online only game, you kind of expect servers to work, not to have troubles patching the game, and when paying full price for the game you expect it to work. What do you mean released officially. The game is available for purchase both in retail stores and online. That means it was officially released.

    Most people don't know how the game works because it's a glitch, laggy, buggy unstable mess.

    Make and release a game that isn't unstable, buggy and glitchy and people will be happy. You release a shoddy, unstable game you deserve to be criticized until those issues are resolved.

    I'll say and do what I want, until they get the game stable, working as intended, not glitchy, not buggy, and generally working as intended. As for free stuff, I haven't seen anyone suggest that, I've only seen people angry about the game not working as intended.
    Tell me 1 game that "works as intended" as you put it. 1 game with out a bug or a glitch cause believe it or not there not intended. In my 20 years of gaming i have never come across a single game that works as intended even more so a MMO that works as intended on the first 2 days. Game companies cant work on game forever they cant make them perfect they cant take all the time they want on them that's a FACT. Duke nukem forever did that and look how that worked out.

    This is the world of MMo's if your so butt hurt about how these games proceed to develop then maybe you need to find a diff hobby.

    Hey broseph, this game isn't just having a few bugs and glitches, it's nearly unplayable, between getting booted offline and having enemies not spawning, quest interaction items not spawning and being killed by enemies through terrain. Combined with the horrible servers which boot you off for any reason at all.

    You have a horrible bubbling cauldron of fail. They can fix the issues, it's just the matter of when they'll fix the issues. Also I'm pretty sure I have far more MMO experience than you'll ever have, thanks for trying though.

Jump on a support thread and get with other users and work out what possible issues might be up. If it's a connection thing, could it be the router? Could it be the same provider? Xbox? PS3? Video cards? There are a MILLION other ways of working to get the issues fixed OTHER THAN whining and complaining.

    I believe there is a 72hr clause in any purchase to get your money back, at least here in the US. GO GET A Refund!

It's ok, you're types are pretty funny, the ones who brownnose because they think the company will stop developing for the game if the consumers are unhappy. Here goes an idea.... they won't....     There servers have been down three times that I know of for "Server side" updates that lasted 30min. CHECK THE FORUMS for Server status, the information might still be up! Actually there was a 3mb or so update that I downloaded last evening sometime when I clicked the Update on the login screen.
