It is not entitled behavior to buy something, and expect what you pay for. The reason we have companies like the BBB (better business bureau in the first place is to protect people from all types of fraud. Now, I'm not saying Trion is fraudulent. Most people understand they are clearly trying their best. They WANT people in the game, being happy, possibly spending some bits, and getting their money's worth, so they will be happy, and possibly buy more bits.
It's a business. Of course they want money. But they KNOW in order to do that, they have to make people happy. And some people just aren't happy with a broken product. And NO ONE should be arguing that the game is not currently broken for some folks. My patcher JUST broke on me, I can't play now either, but before today I was rolling pretty. That doesn't mean I don't have a right to be upset now, because the game doesn't work. Of course I do, I paid for it, I gave them EXTRA money I didn't have to give them, because I love the game. Some people have spent hundreds of dollars on this product, they WANT it to work.
Being able to see things from both sides helps when you want to talk about entitlement, and poor behavior. There are uncool things happening on both sides gentlemen.
