how is this game realistic besides the falling?.... i thought this was explained in one of the live streams a month ago btw....But there some other question here as well:

How can I shoot a weapon that has recoil and doesn't have bullet drop?
Why can i jump really high?
Why does the Ego give me unrealistic superpowers?

So why would it matter if the game had fall damage or not? The game really doesn't explain how shields were created as well.....lolimmersion

Well I could easily say that getting shot by an ememy in a game like this is "irratating" and slows me down. I'm I suppose to whine to the Devs to have that possibility removed from the game as well?

Sure. You could also try a different forum persona than the MAXIMUM IMMERSION roleplayer. Try something new, like complaining about the size of the female avatar's breasts. I've not seen that archetype crop up on the forum yet.

On the other hand if there's NO accounting for immersion in this game it'd be easier for me to drop some acid and not even bother trying to play...

Asking for a game to give me a negative consequence for falling off a cliff is hardly a cry for MAXIMUM IMMERSION by any stretch for a game launched in 2013.

Nah, but the adherence to justifying every game mechanic with a lore explanation is a pretty big give-away. 3/10, must try harder, see me after class.

Gravity is a fundamental force in physics. Sure a game like this could easily gloss over countless other minor details and still be considered perfect. How can anyone just "gloss over" gravity? I'm not asking for the impossible here...

Hush, shhhh, it's okay, it's okay, you've been undone. You just need to wipe away that frown and come back with a new gimmick. You don't need to try any harder than you were.

If pointing out a glaring flaw in a game is considered a "gimmick" then I guess I'm guilty as charged. What would I stand to gain from such a "gimmick" other than a game that's less flawed?
