There is the in-game map that puts down fast travel sites as you pass through them. Did you mean something offline with all the markers on it? Or something with exploration points on it like this? Lots of different kinds of maps...

something with like you posted, but all areas, trying to do the data recorders and trying to find some of these places are confusing

For the recorders I would watch a guide online, because really, those bloody things are so small, you can barely see them!
