Yep, it looks like it's a static code they give to everyone. I just checked my Comcast inbox after seeing this thread, and the "get your code" link gave me the exact same one.

Also, I mentioned this in another thread some time ago, but if anyone is wondering why Xfinity is some sort of "official" internet service of the game and advertises for it, it's because they are the co-owners of Defiance with Trion. Xfinity is Comcast's service, Comcast owns NBC, and Syfy is part of the whole NBC family.

I confirm this. It only works for pc and shows so in the code list once entered. Codes that apply to every platform will be Defiance, PS3 stuff will say Defiance PS3 this one says Defiance PC. You can enter it anyways and it will redeem it but wont be applied on xbox and ps3 games under this account.
