No this has been going on since i started tp play yesterday4-3-13, total bs not worth the time spent working on a mission only to have it wiped clean by the server that goes out, wish i could get my money back!!!!!

Dashboard your xbox and restart Defiance and start downloading the patch!

Don't know what you're talking about but I dashboarded, restarted Defiance and there was no patch. I got on today about 50 minutes ago and there was a small patch which took like 5 minutes to download and install and I was on for 30 minutes then the servers went down.
