I am a Game Advisor @ game Stop and I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with your purchase @ game stop, but the Game Advisor that you dealt with obviously didn't know what they where talking about, it clearly says on the card that you purchased is for PC to buy buts for the Xbox 360 version you can buy with Microsoft points or on PS3 version you can buy the bits with Playstation credit. In turn with the bits you can then purchase in came items like outfits for your character, vehicles, xp boosts, more inventory slots and even lock boxes.
I would like it if they gave us bits when you purchase the Season Pass instead of the lock box and Hell Bug Hat, the hat is ok but make it available to buy with bits so if you want to buy it you can or if you'd rather have something else in game you can and as for the lockboxes you can get those with key codes and Script and you can earn those in game by doing ArkFalls, Co-op, and Competitive multiplayer.
They should @ the very least refund the 320 Bits I spent on boosts only to lose 17Hrs of them.
If u can't read before u purchase the bit cards it's your own damn fault so quit wasting threads & posts about this bull***t! The 1st time I went to Gamestop when I bought Defiance I saw the cards picked 1 up and read the damn thing and using common sense new it was not for XBOX.
Yes Hence the big PC icon on the front bottom and the total lack of XBOX or PS3 anywhere on the card. Love this game, but so many mouth breathers showed up in this game not knowing two ****s about what an MMO is. Then they come here on the forums griping about things they are ignorant of. Just like SKyrim came out...
Bits card problems or not this game has so many bugs they should throw a gamer a bone or two or three... This game is great but is horrible to play sometimes. Always crashing and dropping, glitching out, and other annoying factors make what would be a great game hard to play i mean who on here doesnt wanna break the controller when you get to the super boss of an ark drop just to get dropped yourself and ripped off of all that time spent for nothing not to mention when you get the boot on a mission you were right at the end of. Giving away some bits would appease some of us gamers that honestly are about to turn this game into Gamestop with no intent of picking up when its cheaper.
Once again im utterly astounded. Stupidity must be as contagious as the Irath-Flu..... Im in the military, I have a Crappy Wifi connection from a second rate internet provider... and My game never freezes and Ive only been kicked off/dissconnected from servers once. Now, For everyone crying about bits... If you look at the bit store... and you click buy bits... it opens up an Xbox MSP screen... and then you buy them right?.... So instead of B******* about how you want bits, reach into that pocket of yours, grab your wallet, and then get the MSP. Then get your damn bits.
Quit whinning, complaning, crying, what ever you want to call it. I mean for crying out loud. Im not the oldest, player on here, and I apparently seem to have more common sence then half of you. If the Game is on the 360 then OBVIOUSLY you can get ingame real cash items with the Microsoft points. I came to that conclusion with CoD...
Now for those of you who have brought up a VALID point of Extending the Boosts... I commend you. For actually suggesting a good Idea, and a solution, albiet temporary, to the Boost problem. You get a good mark in my opinion.
And for those of you "threatening" to return the game, or delete it.... DO IT ALLREADY! Save the rest of us from you constant, needy, whining. Just Do It and move on, otherwise, stop complaining and making Idle, and frankly, unimportant threats.

Quit complaining and being part of the problem, But come up with answers and be part of the solution.
