Lockbox and quests not giving anything

I just bought T3 lockbox i didnt get anything.. and done 2 quests thats suppose to give some mods, but it didnt.. somethings wrong and its pissing me off

Maybe server lag? I don't know but the lockbox gives you stuff right after you click buy. Worse case scenario: Server lagged and items gone forever.

I had this problem as well bought a T3 lockbox and the game took my keycodes and scrip but never gave me any items.
