still not got my standard pre-order bonuses

I pre-ordered from GAME UK, and got 500 bits and a shotgun. To do this i used the code on the back of the manual.
But thats all i got. i didnt get the dodge, the other weapon, xp bonus, the outfit, or 'iron deamon' title thing.
How do i get these codes? Thanxs

The pre-order bonus should be in the email you used to buy the game. You'll need to link your game account to your Trion account and enter the code. Then in-game go to the store and redeem them!
