Secret game codes in Deficance ebook?

Has anyone been able to find the game codes located in the ebook? The book can be downloaded on itunes and viewed on your ipad. If so can you please post them here. I would but I am on droid so i get no love yet I also realize that i misspelled "Defiance" haha.

I have scanned through the whole thing on my ipad and couldnt find any codes....anyone know where they are hidden?
