Wanted to post a quick update for the PS3. After the server restart, the ranchers have spawned in their respectable places; for me anyways. Hope it's the same for you guys as well!

I'm on PS3 and I've attempted it 6 times and it's done the same thing every time. The rancher that heals the others heals one and gets stuck in an animation and doesn't heal the rest of them...
This was reported numerous times in Alpha and Beta.

Tried this a couple of times last night, on PC. Restarted, left the phase, tried an instance. The quest gets to the barn and the main NPC is uninteractable. Tried it again just now, was finally able to interact with him but he freezes when he goes to heal his friends. it's been a good 15 minutes and he hasn't moved.
PC still bugged
A lot of players roaming around there trying to finish it
The two farmers are stuck running back and forth in a loop
Ranchers never show up, did co-op missions drove around for a bit still no luck. PLEASE fix this ASAP
There was a server restart
Now the mission worked
Now it started whit having to save farmers at the mission map marker starting potition
And not watching a couple farmers running in a loop there.
I had the mission dismissed b4 the srv restart
You know you can abandon quests and redo them.
Still bugged after server restart. US PC.
Now working on ps3
