You have to use cover crouch and roll.

its hard to aim when he use blur and i cant shoot his sword a lot since he always useing blur wish trion world allow us stay in cloak as long as we want just on this quest or what its call on this game
I have tried this quest so many times now cant seem to take me below half life its so hard
Just use a lot of cover and don't stand still for too long. Something tells me you will hate the last boss.
BMG + fast recharge shield i.e respark, and your golden.

Loadout:
Main: Frontline Repeater with 1.15% native crit multi - crit multi barrel - nano effect mag - recoil/bloom stock.
Backup: FRC Assault Carbine with 1.15% native crit multi - aim/hip dmg barrel - nano effect mag - recoil/bloom stock.
personally i used the damage/heal gun with a spore gun as second. also get the perk that lowers your self revive by 45%
