I have no idea but honestly it was never really clarified that these bit cards were PC only and the stores selling them def dont seem to know this and its pissing me off
Try changing your Trion/Defiance password here on the web. It might help.

Oh gosh. I am in same boat. GameStop manager showed me an email where it said 'all platforms' for the game cards. So now I am out $25 with no bits. I have used Trion support but no contact or reply.
This is ridiculous. I sent a ticket in about the in game store on the day of launch and it is still yet resolved. I understand that this is how MMOs go on launch day but I have played many and this one is by far the saddest........there is no info anywhere.
