Where is the ingame mission for the Dodge challenger?

There isn't one the race was just in the beta so we could test it

There isn't. You get it through pre-ordering the game and using the code you get with it.

You get the Red Dodge Challenger from pre ordering the game. though I myself have seen someone driving a white one. I'm lvl 308 and I've reached San Fransisco but have yet to find a vendor or a mission to get said dodge challanger.

black challenger: the race pursuits
orange challenger: i heard you buy it from one of the stores, idk which though

Could possibly be a pursuit award. I saw one pursuit that awarded a black challenger.
