Hacking fest

I hope for PC gamers, the devs team are going to do something real quick about hacking. I was not part of the first beta event but I will in the second beta event. 3PS always getting hacking sutff like aimbot....so really, I hope the devs team are going to do something about it real quick and the game is going to be a master piece.

let me put it this way if these ppl who hack directly effect ure character or any one els on here char then by all means report them and as for glitches its not cheating so pl should leave them alone but if there farming xp and not effect you then there doing nothing wrong ure then just been a **** and a high and might acting one at that dont get butt hurt just shut up and play them game ****ing idiots this is y i dont play mmos ppl like all of you make me sick

it's not just up to Trion, we have to pick up those things as well and report them accordingly.

we either go Blizzard's way and apply some sort of 'Warden' for Defiance ( I don't like stuff scanning my system .. :x ), or we teach the community early enough how to handle and deal with hackers.

Teach me the ancient and mysterious art of stoping the ancient evil we call hacking.LOL.

I don't think I have ever played a MMO that was a "hacking fest" so I doubt this will be.

You've apparently never played Need for Speed: World, lol.

(Or perhaps even APB: Reloaded for that matter... and Fallen Earth...)

As for Aimbot, I can handle those... what I really get sick of is people using lag-switches. I mean, it's bad enough in PvP... but seems so dumb when people use lag-switches in PvE causing everybody else around them to bog into nothingness just so they can have a slightly mild advantage over the server.

Honestly, they look/seem nearly identical to somebody else that was an issue on the forums a bit back... some might recognize it too. oO

Either you haven't played any MMOs in the last 5 or so years, or you just haven't noticed. Has there even been an MMO recently that did not have problems with players using some sort of hack? I sure can't think of one. I can tell you about APB's never ending problem with aimbots and wall/radar hacks, or teleporting resource gatherers in Guild Wars 2, gold selling advertisers dropping corpses out of the air to create large spellings of their website address in World of Warcraft, speed hacks, botting, the list never ends.

I feel for Defiance, which is likely going to have to deal with its share of aimbot problems in PvP.

Heh, then games like WarZ and DayZ, etc, etc, and so forth.

It will be up to the community to help keep track of it. If players dont report the Devs cant fix.
