There are about a dozen of us at Top-Notch Toolworks unable to progress in our missions as a player has summoned his car right over the mission NPC we speak to initiate the mission. They have been idling (more likely afking) in their car for over 30 minutes now, but more likely longer than that as I only arrived to find him there 30 minute ago.

This is true. I am there waiting as well. I've also reported it a dozen times.

Yes you can walk through the car, but you cannot interact with the NPC as the car supersedes the npc as to what you can interact with. So none of us can actually pick up the mission.

It's unfortunate that some people are jerks like that., There's no fast solution. You may want to log out and back in to see if you get an a different server from the schmuck.
ahh three days in and already with the trolls. I know you can clip right through cars but i'm assuming you aren't able to interact with the quest giver it and it is just highlighting the dodge challenger. For now all you can do is report him but hopefully Trion will come up with a fix for this soon. I saw someone having a problem like this during the beta as well...
