rocket skills not leveling?

So I noticed after a couple hours of using my rocket launcher today that it had not leveled the skill up at all. Is anyone else noticing this?

Is the rocket your using ranked up? if so it cannot gain you skill xp


On a diffrent note, I have been unable to lvl up rollers and runners all day for some reason.

There is one intentional thing in Defiance. When your weapon hits max XP using that weapon does not increase xp towards general weapon skill.
So if you are using Pistol that reached max xp (item itsel) you wont be able to increase pistols general skill. You will need to use another pistol that can earn xp (again on item itself)

Nope the weapon itself isn't getting any XP either.

This is happening to me as well. Regarless of the rocket launcher I use, none of them gain XP.
