Perks automatically unequipped

This is a bug I saw happening and reported in testing. It did not happen for the first couple days until this morning when I noticed after doing a co-op that my 4th equipped perk of four possible was not equipped. I re-equipped it and after checking a bit later, noticed it was gone again. It seems that every time the game loads me somewhere it is unequipped and I have to re-equip it. It doesn't matter which perk it is either.
