Agreed. The developers keep locking any thread i make regarding my inability to log in and there is no mention of the problem on their end. Starting to piss me off. Cannot use a product i've purchased - this isn't right and isn't professional.

They had people working all nigth and even called in others to get this mornings problems fixed. So sleeping well isnt something they have been doing.

You wont get that kind of problem fixed on a forum. You either need to submit a ticket to tech support with you info or talk to live chat. take you some time waiteing but will get it fixed.

i will thank you. my seemingly flawless experience with this launch only makes me wonder wtf you are on about. and since you posted no reason to explain your frustration i can only assume its completely your fault or lack of comprehension of how to log in.

i would say i will think of you often as i rampage through the various areas of Defiance, but i wont. i will be too busy enjoying the exciting gameplay supplied by Trion. perhaps if you had been more clear i could have helped you join me in such an exciting experience. but for now i will simply let you slip into the shadows of obscurity and say goodbye and good luck.

They need to interact WAY WAY WAY more, if only to reassure people that their issues are looked at. I mean seriously I am UNABLE to log in for 48 hours and all I keep getting is some moderator (Stormhammer or something) keep referring me to a thread about patching and that they know about our issue.

WELL IF they know about our issue then why the hell is the thread so specifically about patching and no mention of NOT BEING ABLE TO LOG IN at all!?!?!
