I though Trion was going to have issues the first few days but this is insane. Overly do they not care about there consumers they have our money now so why would they care. Shutting down the servers with out warning or any kind is not right. I can understand if there is a major issue like a virus or a player accessing an area they should not be in yet. But just because you can't get the in game voice feature working is no reason to keep shutting down the servers for no reason. If your on Xbox then make an Xbox live party, I think PS3 might have the same feature but I could be wrong, and if your on PC then use a Ventrilo server you can get them for free if you don't want to password protection and only 2 channels, and if worse comes to worst use Skype. When I played Warcraft we always knew about server maintenance it was posted on the forums and it was posted on the start up screen where you signed in. Yes Blizzard had to do a emergency shut down one day before a major peace of DLC came out because something went wrong but they were sure to let use know they were doing it. We say it in the game general chat and a big pop up came up sawing the server were going to be shutting down so don't run any dungeons and stop what you are doing. I know this is a big undertaking for Trion but does this show that they do not care about their consumers one bit yes with out a shadow of a dough they can care less about use.

If your life is empty to the point of feeling a need to cry about a short downtime to fix a glaring issue, then I really pity you.

The problem is that it's not a short downtime, and it wasn't announced and still has yet to be announced.

All it would take is a thread from a dev saying, "Hey folks, the problem is XYZ and we expect it to be corrected by whatever time."

I think he has every right to complain... We all paid a lot of money for this game. I understand with any "mmo" there are going to be downtimes. But this is the kind of issues that kill game franchises and studios. There may be a couple hundred people on here saying "thanks for the updates trion we love you!" but it boils down to this being un acceptable. I havent been able to get into a game i paid 100$ for, for almost 24 hours. That is un acceptable.

Most if not all mmos pause any active boosts during downtime. Specifically boosts. Not subscriptions
