i had the same issue, try a different browser
Clear you browser cookies. I had same problem and then it worked after I did
I have already tried the above. No cookies, internet explorer firefox and chrome non of them work.

May i know which live support tool you are using? you can take help from their technical support team or you may discuss with them about this issue.
at least your tickets are in everytime i submit one (PS3) theres a little flash then it goes back to no tickets submittedOriginally Posted by Takehitsu
you might also want to try unblocking pop-ups (worked in my case)
