***Did you preorder and not get the Dodge Challenger?***

I got it from Steam, they only gave me one code which I used to add the game to my Trion account. Several hours later I got an email from Trion telling me to "Get behind the wheel of your new Dodge Challenger" and that I could claim my preorder bonuses now, but I have not been able to claim any of them yet. I was able to claim my Arkhunter code rewards, and I spent $5 to buy inventory slots and that worked.

I sent a ticket in 22 hours ago, no response yet, I realize they are probably swamped.

Ark Infiltrator Outfit??????

I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition from the Trion worlds website and it says that it comes with the Ark Infiltrator Outfit. I logged into the game and checked the Store's Claim window....No infiltrator suit.

Anyone else have this problem or know of a fix?

Also I did not get the Hydra Rocket launcher (Not all that heartbroken about it) and also did not get my 30 day Scrip Boost.

I know this thread is specifically for the Challenger, but I would like to make it known that I am missing this stuff too

Same here I ordered straight from Trion and didn't get my stuff either. Just make sure one more time, where do you go an d check to see if you have it.

Code?: no, just a "product registration code" that says it is invalid or already used. The code on the booklet worked but gave me nothing (as it should I believe, I bought the standard edition).

I haven't received any preorder bonuses and at this point you can keep them. The point of preorder bonuses is to have at launch not a week later after I've already got better kit then all the bonuses.

I wont know if im getting any of my preorder stuff as I have to wait the 12th of April to get my Ultimate Edition on xbox from Amazon.co.uk. Theres a alot of people in the same boat as me

I pre-ordered from Gamestop, and did not receive a code. It was for the xbox 360. I picked it up later on the day released and didn't receive a code. Soo disappointed.
