I pre-ordered from Best Buy. They provided no pre-order code on either the receipt when I pre-ordered or at the time when I picked up the game. I asked both times and was told the first time (time of pre-order) that the code would most likely be on the receipt when I picked it up, and then when I picked up, they said maybe they would email something, but if not to check back with their corporate in a few days. Quite honestly they seemed kind of oblivious when I asked both times. My platform is Xbox 360

Both preorder codes that Green Man Gaming sent to me were already redeemed.

Pre-ordered from EB Games.
I got a code from them, either it was the preorder code or just a beta code I cant really tell. But it was already redeemed, so might of been the earlier beta code. I did also put in the code at the back of the Defiance User Manual. Whatever that does.
