I preordered the collectors edition of the game and it seems that none of the in game rewards from buying that version have appeared for my character. I preordered the game from the Westerly gamestop in Rhode Island. I preordered the game for xbox and I did get a preorder code. Also on a seemingly unrelated note, none of the titles I have earned for in game and arkhunter code activities have appeared for my character.

I preordered the game through gamestop online and when I got the game I only received the code on the back of the instruction booklet. I didn't receive a preorder code through email or the mail.
