Hi guys i preordered my defiance game from steam and i put the order thru but some reason it didnt take and i really didnt want to order a second copy and get hit with a 90 Euro bill so i left it at that this was on the 1st....
i recieved confirmation of my order on the 4th and dloaded my game from steam but no preorder code was provided... i had also as i siad preordered this game on the 1st due to my wages coming out on last of the month.... i am still waiting for a response and would like my bonus items for preorder status ..
this preorder was done on steam on the 1st of april... just after midnight of 31 st march so i should really qualify for the goodies .. thx in advance

Preordered the Collector's Edition for PC from Best Buy
The only e-mails I received were one from Best Buy saying they shipped, and one from Trion telling me to go to the Defiance Store from in-game and check the claimable items area for my stuff. I did this, and got my Badlands Drifter title, special armor, some experience boost, an upgraded shield, and a Hydra. No Challenger to be found.
I've received no special keys or codes to pick up additional stuff. The only code I've put in is the main validation key on the back of my DVD case.
In other news, at an Arkfall event early this morning I did end up surrounded by people with the Challengers. Over the name of the car or whatever, there was what looked like an asset tag failure message. "-1 something or other". I could be wrong about what that represents though.
And truth be told? I've already seen enough Challengers to last me a while. Seems like tons of people bought higher than the standard edition of the game. Not sure I would take it over a resale value based monetary bonus that would allow me to buy one of the other vehicles of my choosing. I would hate seeing my real vehicle 50 times a day which is why both my cycle and car are custom and limited ed. Just show me the moneh instead and let me customize!

I pre-ordered from the playstation store and didn't receive the Challenger or any of the pre-order bonuses. Got a message telling me the game was available for download, but no code.
