i didn't either. preordered for ps3, plugged in my code and it says transaction pending. thats been for 5 days now.

i had a preorder on the ps3 from the psn. didnt get a code or anything items.
even did do the arkfall codes and got those items.
i had put a support ticket in on the game it self but all i got was go to the support add.
hell i have even did the season pass and got the items for that too.
