Can u please help I didn't get any of my items for preordering. I bought the game from GameStop and got the code but it did not work can u please help my gamer tag is xneme2 and my toon is Aestiria thank if u can help.

For Xbox 360 and PS3 users - I'm manually fixing your accounts but for you to get your Dodge, you need to link your Console to a Trion Account. You can do that by clicking settings at the character select and getting the "Link Console" option.

Did you have a preorder code? - For PC yes, STEAM codes work all is well, ps3 code wasn't provided, still 0 reward/claims on ps3

I Pre-Ordered The Ultimate edition on Xbox 360 from GameStop.
Also pre-ordered a regular PS3 version from GameStop
and a friend gave me his pre-order code from Wal-mart.

I recieved 3 Challengers, thinking I could trade/sell the extra 2 in the gme I claimed them but It only showed that I have 1 of the cars. Anything that could be done about that? Maybe put them back so I could claim them with another game?

Also, I dont believe it gave me the Lock Box From the Ultimate Edition or the Season Pass, Atleast it said nothing about these two items and I dont know how to check and see if I received the season pass on Xbox since none of the DLCs have came out yet.

If anyone knows how to tell if the season pass from the ultimate edition did install on the Xbox could you please let me know?

Hey,

I preordered the standard edition from EBGames Aus, which was released today.

When I asked about the preorder bonuses, I was told they were in the case. There is a code on the back of the manual, but it didn't give me any of the promised bonuses...

I've phoned them, and they told me they have no idea what I'm talking about. Can provide proof of preorder/ purchase upon request. The website also has no details about preorder bonuses, so I'm not sure of Australia was excluded?
