I pre ordered mine through Wal Mart online. I just got it yesterday. I have not got anything. I literally just got my pre order yesterday. They told me to contact the game company. I've tried emailing and have never got a response. I am not sure what to do... This is a ridiculous. I even input all 120 ARK codes using my phone. Haven't got anything. I'm rather pe'od to say the least. My name in game is Thursday. I hope this gets sorted out :*(

I pre ordered from gamestop in california usa, i didnt pick it up till a few days after release due to work schedule, and they said they cou;d only give codes day one, but i still pre ordered and they said comtact trion
I also purchased the season pass and recieved none of the bonus stuff with that as well
