I've been thru patches and server maintenance a hundred times, but man oh man I really picked an awesome time to buy the game.... I didn't even get through the tutorial missions.
And my wife has gone to a birthday party I hoped to get leveled up a bit.

Also, for those of you who have no/limited experience with MMO's... you need to understand that even in today's age an MMO launch game will have numerous issues throughout the first week. I understand your frustration, but I'm willing to bet that Trion is about 1000000000000x more frustrated with unforeseen technical problems than you will ever be.

Day one on xbox 360, this game was unplayable. Day 2 the game got better, a few bugs, glitches and some lag, but not as bad as day 1. Today as for me on the 360, its been doing great. Just about perfect. So keep up the great work.
This really must be your first experience with an MMO. When it comes to patching, especially within the first week/month, but will always apply, they give a -minimum- duration for patches and updates to be implemented. And do keep in mind this goes for three seperate platforms, not just PC or Xbox or PS3, along with servers for other locales, NA, EU, etc.Originally Posted by Parabola
