I think most of the people here work pretty hard for their money. The servers have had issues since launch day. Whether its an MMO launch or not shouldn't matter. The game is broke because you can't play it. And purchasing something that's brand new that doesn't work is a rip off. People here have every right to complain. If they keep ignoring their customers long enough they won't have any.

At the top of the hour, they tweted that xBox was taking longer than expected, and it was to be another 15 minutes... since 30 minutes turned into an hour, I'm thinking 15 is 30.... so I'd say try again at the bottom of the hour in another 18 minutes.
