Server Update: April 4th 3:00pm PT - Xbox 360, PC and PS3

Every time I get an MMO seems to fall right in the middle of an update. Love the support...still annoying.

XBox All of my other friends are playing no issue. It wouldn't connect for ish. So I removed the game file and starting from scratch.....

i managed to get back on xbox 360 1am gmt buuuuut my game is buggy even more than it was i cant watch cut scenes i get stuck on loading everytime and my friends is seeing my as default character also while im in my dodge to him to keeps changing color aaaaaaand i have a major epic sound bug where when ever i get hit he keeps repeating the same thing over and over and if i melee he repeats the same thing over and over.. i am also hearing conversations from missions waaaaay back at the start and if im fighting mutants they continuesly speak in every characters voice seeing loads of random stuff and another thing my friend didnt have to download a patch when he got on and he is getting none of these bugs

I'm assuming, based on the majority of the idiots whining, that this is many peoples' first MMO. This is a normal staple of how MMOs run, there will be downtime because of patches. Anyone who has ever played an MMO has probably not bothered with even posting on here since this is such a normal thing. If you buy an online only game, you better expect this kind of thing to happen a lot the first few weeks after the game comes out, and then either weekly or nightly server restarts/patches as well after that.

This isn't Call of Duty with simple instanced games. These are servers that handle thousands of connections and maintain an enormous, persistent world. I don't think people have anywhere close to the level of appreciation they should have for how complex an MMO is compared to a normal game.

Even so, I don't understand why people would be whining anyways. A developer to offer so much support, even so soon after release, is rare.

At least half of you have got a chance to Play. I bought the game yesterday and still don't even know what it looks like. I haven't created a Character. But the fixes are necessary. Complaining doesn't make it go faster. Many of you must be MMO noobs. The first week is always buggy. Beta doesn't fix it all

oh also forgot when i went to dashboard to go back into the game so i could get patch it made me reinstall the game well part of the game

In my case it's not my first I expect some issues. And applaud their support but when someone Next Door is playing fine on a lesser Internet connection and first gen 360 before I can even see the game I am irritated. I would've been fine if they pushed the release date back for test. Just irritated cause I've been downloading patches and all and still can't get online

It keeps saying the servers are unavailable, Is anyone else having the same problems?
