3 Days, two tickets opened, no response.

Ive had the issue with Steams Preorder items not appearing. I get the basic items, the Challenger, the Phoenix rifle, the Iron Demon title. But the "tiered" items, the atex growler, the additonal inventory, the nomad vehicle, they have not appeared. Ive restarted a character and no luck there, nor has re-entering in codes.

In any case, Trion, its been 3 days with both a in-game ticket as well as a website ticket being created, and i havent heard back from anyone.


Even if it was just to say, "We're looking into it", that would have been appreciated. But how much longer is this going to go? How badly prepared are you with your support department?

They are working on the missing pre-ordered and arkfall code items. This has been posted dozens of times along with posts on both the website and forums from the devs saying they were working on it. Read before posting and chill man, it's gunna be okay.

I have done the same and I am on your side they need to post something right as your going into the game or send something back from our tickets we have sent in saying we are working on it or something like that!!!

I for one would rather they fix the problem then spend resources putting up a temporary post-it note. If you click "community" on the webpage the first thing you see is the thread where a dev lists the current problems, apologizes, and reminds that they take all these issues very seriously.

Don't get me wrong. I haven't been able to play yet. I'm not slap happy about everything, but adding a note to the patcher is my last concern. No wait, it's not a concern at all.
