Hotshot: sharpshooting savior.

Is anyone else having issues with the sniper taking four shots to kill one raider? I tried once before to complete and its always been one shot for a raider kill.

I am having the same issue with sharpshooter and preemptive counterstrike.

Same problem for sharp shooting savior and preemptive counterstrike. Takes too many bullets to take them down. Has anyone contacted the Devs about this?
