i cornered the market on vibro knuckles on corbantis 3 days after launch. had nearly 8 billion credits after the first week. felt..done...early O_o
was hard as a serious star wars taking that game seriously when you walked everywhere (vehicles came later) and could knock down a rancor with your fists

Lol. I miss seeing those everytime I turned around. I was a day 2 Tarquinas player till the forced merge.
TKM/master doc was my favorite build up till I unlocked. Then Jedi (dantooine spin groups) of course until the village and 11/15/05 rolled around.

NGE Combat reminds me so much of SWToR Combat. To this day I really truly believe that SWG:NGE was a pre-Alpha test for SWToR. Just to find out the possible number of subscribers and the age demographic and such.
You figure, Julio was on the board for LA (now that Disney has scrapped LA, I may actually be able to sleep well at night), which meant he pretty much decided which way the game (SWG) would go, and he was also on the board for SWToR. Kinda makes sense why both tanked in my opinion.
