Some things can't be found through QA or beta testing. Beta testing is only a couple thousand players, ramping that up to who knows how many is going to create unforseen problems. Thats the way it is. You cannot test for everything.

We get it, you want to play. All of us do, but this kind of stuff takes time. Should we as consumers want the perfect product? Absolutely! Is that a realistic goal when doing most anything? Absolutely not. I am very thankful that Trion is putting in the work right now instead of waiting. Imagine if there are critical bugs most people don't know about and they were left alone and it completely brought the game down for days. Then what?
