Meh, to be honest I feel like for a news radio station all they would have to record is:
Doesn' seem like that much, since I just listed entire dialogue or most of it for a news station.

'Arkhunter, there's an arkfall going on at ...#1... right now! ...#2...! Seems to be ....#3....!'

As for Westin Marx's radio station, i'm sure it wouldn't be too hard for them to record him talking about conspiracies that obviously don't exist for 15 minutes, aswell for a radio station i believe they have sound artists, that shouldn't be too hard for a bit of music.

I think this could be a great addition. The Radio could broadcast special events, or sales....
... lots of cool stuff could happen from this.

Sorta like Grand theft auto. Hmm, now that would be "fun" Walk up to a 99er and pull him out of his vehicle and steal it for a joy ride. While cruising, flip through the radio stations.
