Add Radios to Cars

An interesting suggestion would add a little more atmosphere to when driving in a car. But could add extra load to the servers with all the different cars passing by adding more lag to the game play. Imagine 30 cars all going the same direction toward an arkfall and each on the arkfall broadcast station. that would add to a lot of extra load on the servers having to deliver that to each car I would think.

You're feeding off their servers, in no way do you post information besides player location/what your player does. It doesn't relay car messages if that's what you're explaining, it wouldn't add server load unless more people showed up at arkfalls. Honestly I don't know what you're saying in this paragraph all that much. Eitherway this wouldn't be noticeable.

I totally agree with the OP on this one.
A radio system would be really neat so long as there is plenty of variety / length to the stations and not mere short looped recordings.
I am already a big fan of the music in the show with an exception to the song played at the end of episode 2 and hearing more music from the different cultures would be really nice with both immersion and general badass'ness. Of course with that, it would also be nice to have some human songs in there too...like Radioactive. xD That song just bleeds Defiance when I hear it now.

Yes, I will agree. I mean, before terraforming there was human music, the music we listen to now! Not like the music aspect would serve functionally but it would make sense to include it in radios.

they should make a shoutcast radio station for the game, plug in a stream url and boom done, bound to your car radio or atv radio

Sorry, honestly I joined this forum April 2nd, so I never even saw that thread. Also it wasn't elaborated on as much as this thread.
