Hey Dev team,
I am not going to bash you for having so many game ending glitches on day one nor am I going to go into all the missed opportunities, poor execution, and lost consumer confidence. You will have all that data soon enough and hopefully will plan and execute accordingly. All I want is a realistic expectation as to when will I be able to turn my X box 360 console on, place your product into the drive and actually be able to get past the training mission without getting a server time out message.
When I say realistic I really do mean it and since I do not see me getting a refund I have no choice but to wait. However, I do have a choice as to my next purchase and depending on how long it takes to get this title up and running I will definitely keep that in mind the next time I come across a title with your name on it. Anyway, my point here is; I just want to know when I will be able to actually play and enjoy your product...one week two weeks..etc
I have a pretty large library of game so rather than get upset and rant on and on. I rather just wait until the game is able to meet the expectations of your development and marketing departments. So, just give us a window ( give yourself some room for errors) as to when we/I will be able to play the game to the fullest. Until then I will have to shelf this game as it is not playable in its current state.
Ps: the update post while informative is not giving a warm feeling about a quick turn around. It takes a lot to crash an xbl server so at least you can add that to the resume..lol!



, and it's expected of a new mmo, maybe you just never played one before, but a half hour downtime here there is nothing, and what were going through today is not a big deal either, I've seen alot worse.
