Private Instances. Soon.

So it's been a while now since privates were tested on pts. With Alcatraz's release, and Season 3 coming up, seems like privates got put aside. Polishing this feature up continues to still be a good idea to many on the community, though 3 HR's seem a bit much (and its an odd number!).

2 HR's seems more than reasonable for one single private instance for players who simply want to avoid grieving players.

Maybe charge private instances with Silicon Shards.

Can we get Private PvP Matches while we're at it? I imagine once its polished for Warmaster, could be transferred to other aspects of the game.

I love the idea of private instances don't get me wrong but when this is introduced this will make the game more clan based removing many social activities from the game.

Yeah, I can see private instances ruining the game for people not in clans, and people in clans that aren't very communicative.

Why would it? Public matches would still happen. This would just make it so those who want to run wm a specific way, can. And avoid trolls.

I have my fair share of enemies. You make a top clan, its bound to happen. I've accepted that.

My issue comes from other people intentionally trying to ruin an organized warmaster run for everyone else in the room, because they have a grievance with one player. Needless to say, these Private Instances couldn't come soon enough.

I'm sure you have your fair share of trolls sir, maybe it's because you're the man with the clan so to speak, maybe not so much. In my personal experience, the trolls show up regardless. Being that Dawn Patrol only has around 3 members online at any given time, and I'm usually the only one foolish enough to go after a public warmaster. There's still plenty of people that just show up to show how bad they are at WM on 360.

If I had a scrip for every crimefighter shot I saw miss, player reviving player that was down for 20 secs or more, or explosive round fired into the monkey's chest, I would be a very rich player. I'm dying for private instances, maybe then I will get a warmaster victory under my belt being as I'm high enough ego to do the job with enough brains to do what I'm supposed to do
