Do i have to buy collectors addition game for ps3?

So im about to get the Defiance game off amazon. Its $3 for a sealed new game and $26 for the collectors edition. Now i can float the $26 but I would rather spend the $3 and spend the rest getting cool ish in the store. Whats the difference between the 2 or will it even matter? Thanks for the help

I got the ultimate edition for 20 bucks off amazon for ps3. It comes with all 5 dlcs, 1200 bits for the store, 1k ark and some other ingame goodies and some rl schwag. Best deal imo.
