Stupid NPCs At TopNotch

Can we please heal or kill these idiots at topnotch. FFS! hearing them scream I HAVE TO DIE! over and over and over and over again is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooo annnoyingggg!

I don't know why Ara can't be at Shondu's since it's her place, even if she's just wandering around? She doesn't have to talk or anything just be there occasionally.

Wasn't there a worker dude in San Francisco you could kill that they put on the map? Where do you find that NPC?

That would have been Charlie. I, unfortunately, was not around during his time here. The Devs "retired" him long ago.

You can search the forums for his saga and some funny vids of him in action. That's how I found out about him.
