Top notch NPCs most annoying. Standing there checking map for ark falls and missions and they repeat the same thing twenty times in three minutes. I agree with you they are annoying lol

That would have been Charlie. I, unfortunately, was not around during his time here. The Devs "retired" him long ago.

You can search the forums for his saga and some funny vids of him in action. That's how I found out about him.

They did. They put in a worker, standing in SV somewhere and you have to save him from some Grid in one mission. He's not the real Charlie though. They ****ed up.
