Servers back up but....

I dont remember having to download a patch.. or even it checking for a patch... the patch notes screen didnt even come up

Well it looks like most of the fixes this time could be server side, so yeah.

Patch Notes:
- Multiple server crash fixes
- Fix so that your vehicle will still appear even in heavily populated areas
- Improved loot in Major Arkfalls
- Adjusted visual priorities during Arkfalls to keep NPCs from disappearing
- Fixed issue that was causing players to extract behind a closed door
- Fix to the metallic/garbled Voice Chat
