Lost 4 Weapons from Inventory and Other Issues.

Lost another weapon today. Got disconnected and when I came back my favorite Combat Shotgun was gone. modded 3/4 slots and halfway filled on my skill meter. I work for Gamestop and I tell you I'm advising our customers not purchase this until the bugs are fixed. I've been there long enough that people will trust my opinion. Take the money you have from those of us who HAVE already purchased it and use it to hire better programmers. Otherwise, I hope you get what you deserve for this farce.

I got nothing out of six tier 4 lockboxes that I bought from the merchant. Someone give me my weapons!!

I bought about 6x tier 4 boxes this morning and it didn't give me back a single item from it. I had more than enough full inventory slots and I still didn't get anything. I bought all of them from the merchant. Some were with bits and some of them from passcodes, scrip, and resources... I just want the amount I just spent back on my account. I spent over a total of $100 msp already for this game. Something needs to be fixed to make this right!

Yeah, I lost a nice assault rifle that I bought with scrip last night. Now both weapon and scrip (5000) are missing. Seems like a pretty huge issue, especially for people that have paid bits (real Currency) for lock boxes. And speaking of bits, I think it would be fair if Trion reimbursed peoples accounts with scrip and ark keys or bits to compensate for wasted time and money we have all put into the game.

Just lost my assault rifle i was starting to mod out. Had the same stats as the ark hunter training one cept it was bio which i loved. I started to add another mod slot, went and bought a mod synergy cache, opened the matrix to check the progress no weapon, salvage gone.

This is rather upsetting as it is super hard to get a weapon that works the way you want and has the type of effect on it you want, and that one was it for me.

Rumor is that modding/adding mod slots/breaking down for resources are glitched when you use the salvage matrix. theres a small chance that doing so takes weapons away. from reading everyones post om this thread i made, the fully/most modded weapons and/or the current weapon in use disappear. its a rumor but still theres a chance.
