As in any weapon with ballistic trajectory, more juice makes the projectile go higher at same aim height. That's why usually when we shoot we modify the elevation sight according the the projectile weight/type and the load.
Usually, for example, when I'm shooting with subsonic ammo and change to supersonic what i do is aiming a couple degree lower to avoid touching my sights calibration, and that's in real life shooting.
Since detonators have this particular possibility of having two different projectile speeds, it may be nice to add a "high power scope" with the calibration altered to match the new trajectory, just like we would do in real life. But then again, in ballistic shooting there is a lot of instinct (or way too heavy maths) to calculate/guess where the shot will actually land, specially on grenade launchers/sub-mortars
