Did you try resetting your router? Do you have some special setup on your pc? Firewalls? etc
If I knew why, I wouldn't be asking. Also I have done everything on my end that I know to do, how would I know why I can't login if it happens to be on their end? Just saying..

I have literally done EVERYTHING that has been recommended to me by both people and Trions support site, as well as everything that I would know to try. I know you don't know me or anything but I am not stupid, and I have been working on computers for many many years and have never run into an issue such as this.. I do not have any special setup or anything, and I play games regularly, including Rift and other MMOs.
Are you sure you have the right client? If you try to connect with the beta client you can get to where you are and then it says the service is unavailable.
Go into your Defiance folder and make sure the folder is listed as "Live" and not as "Beta". The launcher looks a bit different, too. Most MMO's the beta client just updates and you're good when it launches, but this one you need to make sure you have the live version of the game and not the beta client.
I wish this was the issue, but unfortunately I've never participated in a Defiance beta. Thanks for the reply, though!

Are you using a router? If so, try connecting your cable modem directly to your computer, to make sure there's nothing going on with the router stopping you from connecting.
Check the folder anyway if you haven't already, even if you didn't participate in the beta, just in case. The Defiance folder doesn't have a lot in it, there should just be 2 folders (one named Live, one named DirectX). The beta client only has the "Beta" folder listed. I had the same problem on Monday where it seemed like I should have been in, but it kept getting me to where you are and then just failing... it wouldn't surprise me if downloading the game from another service was still sending people the beta patcher and causing issues like this, even if it's not what you're bumping up against.
Other than that, it would seem network related. Under settings on the launcher make sure you show the right region (NA or Europe) as well.
