So I enter Silicon Valley, I first go to the vendor, and I'm wondering, the heck do these symbols mean?

They are the symbols immediately next (both directions) to the Keycodes. One is blue and circular, the other like a broken bridge. What to they represent? How do I get them? I could not put the image up for some rason, I only got a black image.
