Armour Outfits?

Some people seem to be dressed from head to toe in an armoured Mass Effect/Halo style outfit. Where'd they get that?

You can buy that with Microsoft Points in the Defiance Store. Press Start, LT - go to the bottom of the wheel, hit A and find the Outfits tab on the left. There you'll find a few cool ME/Halo Outfits, but they're expensive.

I think you can also get a few outfits from Pursuits. I've talked to a friend on there who supposedly has a Raider outfit.

Have you also noticed that when there are loads people on screen especially in an Arkfall they all seem to look exactly the same?! I wonder if that's a glitch that needs ironing out.

I'm hoping that all the good ones dont stay premium only.., cant wait for event specific special ones.., it also depends on what character class that you are too as to what is availible to your character ;p

You also get outfits by doing missions... I just finished the main mission at the farms with the Sherif looking black dude... and I received the Sherif Ranger uniform & helmet.

Also I did noticed in the instance zone that everyone did look-alike.... weird...

With my collectors edition i got the Ark hunter infiltrator suit which had a dead spacey look to it. and that isnt available on the in game store only rubbish ones ;>

Do the armour outfits only change the look of your character? Didn't know if they change your defence stats or is that all down to the shield you equip?

Just looks thus far... Yes its all down to your shields and perks.
