Hello,I'm thinking of buying the Gunslinger DLC,but before I do that I would like to know if the EEC SMG's Blur effect is affected by Blur perks.I would like to know if it is affected by:
1)Melee perks.
2)Blur duration perks.

Defiance is gone. Gamigo has been "not neglecting" the game for over a year, yet there's nothing new except for low effort arkfalls and bitshop items.
I know it might be hard to quit a game you loved for years but you have to understand that it won't get better. Ever. If you like the game in it's current state, then sure, keep playing it. You're enjoying yourself after all. But if you aren't, don't hope for a better future for Defiance. Because it won't come.

I don't think its effected by duration perks, not sure about melee as I don't think any melee perks are directly tied to blur, but you do get power kills as noted above
However you can in effect have 2 ego powers active at the same time, blur effect will also stay active if you switch weapons after it triggers, I like a shotty as a secondary weapon while using it, I can trigger blur then switch to my shotty which is more suited to blur and set of overcharge, shame the weapon effects don't last as long as ego powers do
That's true, but it is great to have two ego powers going at the same time! I once even had three EGO powers going at the same time, with blur from the SMG-EEC, decoy from my 7th legion shield, and overcharge which I was carrying at the time! It was all kismet, but it was glorious fun!

Ok,I was thinking of using it as my sword loadout sidearm.But I think that I'll give the wildcat a chance due to the Overcharge(30% damage from Overcharge+60% damage from Sonic Strike+75% combo damage from Intimidation...If at least I had a Carving Knife I would even slash Bulwarks)

I presume it will work like the Overcharge effect off the VBI EEC HP-7 Wildcat. It produces a set amount and stack on top of the ego ability itself if you are using blur as well.
I tried stacking the following.
VBI EEC Blur proc
Blur
45% speedy feet
It was not successful.
Add the 7th legion Decoy shield and you effectively get 3 active powers at once. You will ALWAYS be accused of cheating in PVP by newer players, players without DLC, or clueless players from now on though!
