This is a really ambitious game as far as population is concerned some issues are to be expected and considering we've had atleast one patch everyday since launch there is all the evidence that issues are being given the priority they warrant. I lived with an issue that kept me from playing Gotham City Imposters for over 2 months getting nothing but BS excuses. I can handle this and hats off to the devs for all their hard work.

Seems like peak hours are whats giving them the issues 360 probably has significantly more traffic levels than PC or PS3 and a structure is always going to expose it's flaws under a load.

Love the comments from people on here saying "you obviously have no clue how MMO's are developed" in defense of the development team, yet they are the ones who have no clue how MMO's are made. There is something called a Stress Test that all major MMO's go through to make sure things like this do not happen. Some of you are asking people to wait 2 weeks to play a game the payed $60-$150 for. I am a patient guy and while last night i was not upset at the developers since i know that things pop up that don't appear in beta but since i am 95% positive that a stress test was never done on the console servers i don't think this was the best launch strategy ever. On top of all this the people who bought the more expensive versions of the game like myself have time sensitive content that we are not able to take advantage of. This partially nullifies the reason for buying these versions of the game and makes the gamers feel as though they are getting screwed. They have a right to be upset since those bonuses run in real time not play time. They need to bring the servers down an fix the problem outright while compensating people for their lost content.

I wish people would quit defending the developers on this. This kind of down time is not acceptable for a MMO. It would be one thing if the game had a single player but buying a game that is online only and then not being able to play is completely unacceptable. If you are not ready and the game is not stable then you push back the launch plain and simple. This is a great game and i give the developers props on the idea but This kind of launch issues have killed other MMO's and i don't want to see that happen here. Thank you development team for your hard work and long hours to fix the current issues, but i'm not alone in saying that this could and should have been avoided.

Really? Spent over a 100 for this game, then had to get internet installed to play it and the servers are always down... Please fix this, i'm coming close to selling it and give up. I love the game and how it plays, but can't even enjoy it...

Defiance isn't going to 'die' because of a few days downtime. The game could be offline for weeks and the fans would instantly come crawling back.

For as long as every one has been complaining that console/xbox needs a mmo you'd think everyone would be a little more supportive. Yeah it sucks but it is the first of it's kind for xbox, so problems from the start are expected. I'd rather wait 3 weeks to play then never have had the chance. Thank you dev team for all the hard work. Servers down= issues fixed.
